Choosing to start orthodontic treatment for yourself or your child is a big decision, and Dr. Johnson and his team are ready to make it the best one you’ve ever made. We’re always excited to welcome a new patient into our orthodontic office and show them what is possible for their smile. On the page below, you’ll find everything you need to know ahead of your first appointment so you can come in feeling nice and prepared.
Your First Visit
Whether Dr. Johnson will be improving you or your child’s smile, the initial appointment will follow the same basic steps. Dr. Johnson will perform an exam, share his observations with you, and then recommend whether or not orthodontic treatment is needed. Sometimes, it isn’t necessary or should be started at a later date! If treatment can begin right away, he’ll go over your options so you can choose the right one for you or your child.

Everyone’s time is limited these days, so to help you save some in our orthodontic office, we have made a copy of our forms available to complete online for your convenience. Simply click the button below, fill in the requested information, and send them back to us so we can check you in with little to no wait. Please have all forms submitted to our office at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Dental Insurance Welcome
Our orthodontic office is happy to work with any dental insurance plan that offers orthodontic benefits. We recommend giving us a call ahead of your appointment so we can verify your coverage, and be sure to bring your membership card when you come to see us. We’ll handle the filing process so you’re able to save as much as possible.

We understand that orthodontic treatment is a large financial commitment, which is why we offer multiple ways to break up the cost into smaller monthly payments. Both options offer little-to-no interest plans with flexible schedules and clear terms so you can breathe easy when it comes to affording your treatment.
