Continue to manage your symptoms with whichever at-home remedies work best for you, but don\u2019t hesitate to reach out to your dentist if they don\u2019t appear to be improving. You\u2019ll also begin to practice using orthodontic wax to cover up the sharp parts of your smile and protect your soft tissues.
